We want you to feel confident and prepared when registration opens. Please review the information below before registering.

Registration Opens

Wednesday, January 14th:

• Mother–Daughter 1 June 18 to 20 → Opens 10:00 AM EST
• Mother–Daughter 2 August 15 to 17→ Opens 12:00 PM EST
• Mother–Daughter 3 August 20 to 22 → Opens 2:00 PM EST

We are in the Eastern Time Zone—please plan accordingly.

Before You Register

• Set up or log in to your portal account in advance and make sure your Household Information is up to date.
• Ensure your login works before registration day.
• Decide which session you want to attend in advance and have a backup option ready.
• You may attend only one Mother–Daughter session per year.
• Mother–Daughter Retreats are not eligible for early registration or promotional discounts.

Important Registration Tips

• Only have one browser window open and logged in at a time.
• Logging in from a second window or device will kick you out and may cause you to lose items in your cart.
• Due to high traffic, the system will be slower than usual.
• Please do not refresh or leave the site while pages are loading.
• If the site reaches capacity, a queue will open.
• Email is the best way to contact us on registration day.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

• Log In Early – Log in a few minutes before your session opens.
• Start Your Application – When registration opens, select “Start Application” for Mother–Daughter Retreats 2026 at the bottom of the portal homepage.
• This button will appear when the sessions go live at their specific time.
• Register an Adult & Camper – You must register one adult and at least one camper.
• If one spot is available and the other is waitlisted, go ahead and proceed.
• If your pair is split between registered and waitlisted, complete registration—we will sort placements based on start and submission time and do our best to place you together.
• Waitlist (Optional) – If your preferred session fills, you may join a waitlist.
• Waitlists open automatically.
• Confirm Payment – Complete payment to secure your spot.
• If you are waitlisted for a session, please be sure to submit the application. Your waitlist spot is only held once the application process is complete and you have received a confirmation email.

Pricing & Payment

• Cost: $600 per person
• Deposit Due at Registration: $300 per person
• Payment Methods:
• ACH e-check
• Debit card
• Credit card (3.5% processing fee applies)
• Use ACH or debit to avoid the credit card fee.

After Registration

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details. Confirmation emails are sent automatically, but may take a few minutes due to heavy traffic.
• Waitlist notifications will be sent by email and phone if a spot opens.
• Session policies (cancellations, changes, etc.) are included in your confirmation email and available on our website.
